Quince Cottage

Quince Cottage is a beautiful New England style beach house which has views over towards Constantine Bay, across the adjoining fields and beyond.

The Cottage is a new build and has a stunning luxurious designed interior with sleeping for 8. In the garden located at the rear of of the cottage sits a hot tub area for taking it easy after a hard day relaxing on the beach and a garden room for spending those peaceful moments away from the hub of it all.

Quince Cottage is bright and spacious, perfect for beach holidays but equally fun out of season for walks along the sandy beaches and coastal paths or for a round of golf at the nearby Trevose Golf and Country Club.


On your arrival you will be welcomed by a selection of local produce and if the feeling takes you, you can add in a few more extras when you book your stay.

  • Changeover Day: Thursday or Friday in Low Season and Thursday in High Season.
  • Arrival & Departure: Arrival from 4:00pm to 7:00pm, departure by 10:00am.
  • Bed Linen: High quality linen supplied and changed weekly.
  • Towels: Beach Towels are provided for use at the Hot Tub (if applicable) or on the beach. Bathroom Towels are also provided.
  • Pet Friendly: Yes, maximum of two dogs per property.
  • Parking: Parking for 2 cars.
  • Facilities: Hot Tub, Sundeck, Gas Barbecue & Garden Furniture, Garden Room, SMART Televisions, Fully equipped Kitchen including Range Cooker, American Style Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, Utility with Washing Machine.

Quince Cottage boasts a light and airy layout complete with an open plan kitchen and dining room, utility, lounge, games room and four bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms.

Quince Cottage Ground Floor

Description

Quince Cottage comprises a large luxurious lounge complete with comfy sofas, subtle lighting and beautiful soft furnishings. A separate games room has extra large squashy bean bags, a TV and a selection of board games perfect for the smaller members of the family.

The open plan kitchen is well equipped for those wanting to do some home cooking, and features a range cooker, large American style fridge and central island. The dining area leading from the kitchen has a large oak dining table with seating for eight. Off the kitchen is a utility room equipped with a washing machine and giving access to the rear garden.

On the first floor there is a light and airy galleried landing giving access to four generous bedrooms decorated in a New England contemporary style.

The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with a roll top bath and separate shower.

The second bedroom is also a double and features fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with corner bath and separate shower.

Bedroom three and four are currently both twin rooms but can be made up to a double. Please contact reception if a different configuration is required.

For bedrooms that are currently configured as a double these can be made into singles on request, please get in touch with reception.

All bedrooms are supplied with high quality linen and there is plenty of storage as each bedroom has fitted wardrobes.

Outside there is a sundeck with garden furniture and gas barbecue. On the deck is a hot tub for you to bubble away and unwind. There is also an outside shower for removing the sand and cleaning down wetsuits. A garden room sits in the corner of the garden for storing bodyboards or surf boards or for simply getting away from it all.

Three day short breaks from Friday are available except in High Season. At all other times prices are per week commencing on a Friday.

Please make sure that you arrive between 4:00pm and 7:00pm as there is no resident warden to deal with access outside these hours. Emergencies on the day of arrival are to telephone our sister site Mother Ivey’s Bay on 01841 520 990.

If you would like to have beautiful, fresh, seasonal flowers either delivered in advance or delivered during your stay, please add them to your booking when you book your accommodation. Flowers are locally sourced where possible and come in two sizes. The large arrangement is supplied in a Kilner jar while the larger luxury bouquet is arranged in a cookie jar.

Make the most of your holiday and let Fee's Food take care of the cooking so you can spend more time on the beach and less in the kitchen. Run by Fee and her team, they have perfected the balance between convenience and quality. Fee's range of excellent home cooked frozen meals are available for delivery on her website with some stocked at local Constantine Bay Stores. If you are after a little more, why not speak to her about hiring a private chef for the evening and create a menu bespoke for you and your guests.
