Mulberry House is elegantly designed and inspired by the New England beach house style. It’s perfect for family and friends looking for a relaxed get away close to the sandy beach of Constantine Bay.

The house is a beautiful new build and has a luxurious boutique designed interior, sleeping 10 with ease. In the garden to the rear, sits a hot tub area for taking it easy after a hard day’s surfing and a garden room for spending quality time away from it all.

In the winter months it’s perfect for a snug retreat and ideally located to explore the North Cornwall Coastline with its breathtaking views and magnificent sandy beaches.


On your arrival you will be welcomed by a selection of local produce and if the feeling takes you, you can add in a few more extras when you book your stay.

  • Welcome Pack: Miles Tea, Rodda’s Milk, Chough Bread, Rodda’s Butter, Boddington Jam, The Padstow Coffee Company Harlyn-Blend Coffee, Dozen Eggs and Cornish Biscuits. Trevarno Soap and Shampoo.
  • Sleeps: 10
  • Changeover Day: Thursday or Friday in Low Season and Thursday in High Season.
  • Arrival & Departure: Arrival from 4:00pm to 7:00pm, departure by 10:00am.
  • Bed Linen: High quality linen supplied and changed weekly.
  • Towels: Beach Towels are provided for use at the Hot Tub (if applicable) or on the beach. Bathroom Towels are also provided.
  • Pet Friendly: Yes, maximum of two dogs per property.
  • Parking: Parking for 3 cars.
  • Facilities: Hot Tub, Sundeck, Gas Barbecue & Garden Furniture, Garden Room, SMART Televisions, Fully equipped Kitchen including Range Cooker, American style Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, Utility with Washing Machine, Games Room with Board Games.

Mulberry House boasts a spacious layout complete with a through kitchen and dining room, utility, lounge, games room and five bedrooms, two with ensuite bath and shower room.

Description

Mulberry House consists of a large luxurious lounge complete with comfy sofas, subtle lighting and beautiful soft furnishings. A separate games room has squashy bean bags, a TV and a selection of board games perfect for the smaller members of the family.

The large kitchen is well equipped for those wanting to do some home cooking, and features a range cooker, large American style fridge and central island. A separate utility room equipped with a washing machine and dryer and giving access to the rear garden.

On the first floor there is a light and airy galleried landing giving access to five generous bedrooms decorated in a contemporary style.

The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and has an ensuite bathroom with a roll top bath and separate shower.

The second bedroom is also a double and features fitted wardrobes and ensuite shower room.

Bedroom three is currently a twin room but can be made up to a double. Please contact reception if a different configuration is required.

Bedrooms four and five have 2'6" singles currently made into doubles. There is a family bathroom with a separate shower.

For bedrooms that are currently configured as a double these can be made into singles on request, please get in touch with reception.

All bedrooms are supplied with high quality linen and there is plenty of storage as each bedroom has fitted wardrobes.

Outside there is a sundeck with garden furniture and gas barbecue. On the deck is a hot tub for you to bubble away and unwind. There is also an outside shower for removing the sand and cleaning down wetsuits.A garden room sits in the corner of the garden for storing bodyboards or surf boards or for simply getting away from it all.

Three day short breaks from Friday are available except in High Season. At all other times prices are per week commencing on a Friday.

Please make sure that you arrive between 4:00pm and 7:00pm as there is no resident warden to deal with access outside these hours. Emergencies on the day of arrival are to telephone our sister site Mother Ivey’s Bay on 01841 520 990.

Fresh Seasonal Flowers

If you would like to have beautiful, fresh, seasonal flowers either delivered in advance or delivered during your stay, please add them to your booking when you book your accommodation. Flowers are locally sourced where possible and come in two sizes. The large arrangement is supplied in a Kilner jar while the larger luxury bouquet is arranged in a cookie jar.

We have also partnered with Cornwall’s very own Camel Valley Vineyard. Save space in your car and pre-order a bottle or two of locally produced Award Winning, Camel Valley ‘Cornwall’ Brut to your booking, it will be waiting in the fridge for when you arrive. Make the most of your holiday and let Fee's Food take care of the cooking so you can spend more time on the beach and less in the kitchen. Run by Fee and her team, they have perfected the balance between convenience and quality. Fee's range of excellent home cooked frozen meals are available for delivery on her website with some stocked at local Constantine Bay Stores. If you are after a little more, why not speak to her about hiring a private chef for the evening and create a menu bespoke for you and your guests.
